Bianca Maria Cozzi is experienced in Corporate and Commercial law and in foreign investments in Italy, mergers and acquisitions.

Bianca Maria regularly assists various foreign and Italian companies, giving advice on all corporate law requirements for incorporation and business start-up, development of specific governance structures which address the needs of the business and reflect shareholders’ relationships, as well as the daily ongoing operations.

Bianca Maria also advices in structuring and in implementing of company’s transactions, both in Italy and in foreign countries.

She graduated from the Università degli Studi of Milan in International law and she participated to a stage at the United Nations in Genève.

She speaks Italian, English and French.
