Alberto Luzzatto has developed a specific expertise in the Intellectual Property law sector, with emphasis on trademarks and patents, copyright, unfair competition and internet and new technologies related matters.
He also has experience in domestic and international arbitrations, acting both as counsel and as arbitrator.
He graduated from the Università degli Studi of Milan and he holds a Master of Laws – LL.M. – from the University of California Hastings College of the Law of San Francisco.
He is a member of the Milan Bar Association, and prior to joining the Firm he collaborated with the Intellectual Property department of Pavia & Ansaldo and with Traverso e Associati.
He is the author of various legal publications on the “Litigation” area for Italy of the International Law Office (ILO).
He speaks Italian and English.
