Enrico Luzzatto has a significant experience in the field of litigation and national and international arbitration proceedings, both institutional and ad hoc, and more generally is also active in the field of international commercial litigation.

Furthermore Enrico Luzzatto is involved in mergers, acquisitions and other corporate finance transactions carried out by private equity funds and other Italian and foreign corporate clients in Italy and abroad. He provides general assistance on corporate and commercial matters, and in particular on corporate governance matters and commercial agreements in the various sectors of the economy and on related regulatory issues.

He graduated magna cum laude at the Università degli Studi of Milan and obtained a post graduated degree in Sport Law from the Università degli Studi of Milan.

Enrico is a member of the Milan Bar and is admitted to practice before the Italian Supreme Court.

Before joining the Firm he gained a broad and considerable experience at Chiomenti Law Firm in Milan and at Giliberti Pappalettera Triscornia law firm in Milan.
